NGELMU KEBATOSAN (Kebatinan epistemology of the humanities)

On that says the teaching of Vishnuh:

... "The mystical applications in pencak-silat called" Kebatinan "and the principle of the Kebatinan (the mystical way which causes mental creation), is the knowledge that the mind is not only the body but the parallel differs from it. All that exists is a product of matter and spirit. Spirit is the basis of all life and matter is created by the mind. It is not that, in a certain stage of physical development spirit or consciousness is created, but this physical development is founded on the spiritual energy."

Energy is life and life is energy.

Any tangible body is developed under the influence of the palpable energy, which mind, consciousness and matter arises. Energy is mind "- mind is consciousness-and consciousness is born of dust. Dust, mind consciousness and energy arises from a combination of all these facts.

... This is because it is everywhere around us force of nature: a child grows steadily towards youth and adulthood, because the actual data that is all around us invisible energy is present. The human body is composed of atoms and sentences, and because each individual soul has its own tendency to lord it over the tangible things of this earthly nature, there is a great diversity of bodies, according to the different nature aspects forced it to act.

... It is first necessary to know how this body is made, of any biological building components it's made, how it functions, how its change occurs and what it actually causes it. The physical nature (= the living entity) is permanently subject to change. Any kind of body has the instinct, usually endure six stages; they are born, they grow, they take some time position, they make children, they shrivel to disappear and gradually they turn to dust.

... Just as the nature around us is constantly variable in nature as changeable is also the "human energy" (human spirit). Nature has created everything from natural energy which concepts like knowledge, understanding, freedom, doubt, absolution, peace, pain etc. in the living being produced by its absolute power. Thus exists the possibility that this energy according to human need, on the spiritual plane, can be extended or enlarged spontaneously.

... And convenient way to increase knowledge by teaching that sense, knowledge, freedom, doubt, disillusionment, forgiveness, equanimity, self-control, truthfulness, peace, pain, joy, fear, honor, shame, compassion, and nonviolence, all can are created by our own mind. It is important to know this, otherwise practicing Kebatinan is meaningless.

To clarify;

The mystical power known as the power which the existence is only dependent on spiritual food (oxygen) is built from the ground material elements like earth, water, fire, air, ether, etc.. Then there is the tripartite character of nature; spirit, matter and mind. Then there are the acquiring senses, the action senses, the sense objects and then hate, greed, anger, joy and pain. And the symptoms of life are represented by consciousness and attitudes, and spirit through energy cooperation from the mind (intellect).
These sub-elements of the mind for good all fall within the field of the daily activities as well as for the benefit of the Kebatinan, and the body is, as a whole, the unified representation of all of these factors of life.

The revealed three types of nature (spirit, mind and matter) are three units, the energy released by the fusion of these three units called Kebatinan ".

... Kebatinan is a combination of energy and intellect, which enables the practitioner who controlled the opportunity to high performance.

The theory of Vishnuh reads:

"An atom of inner energy is identical to the power of 100 lemapubarang per second."

..*Lemapubarang is kawi word literally means "hammer blows", in the jargon of the society that term is defined as "compression unit" (the amount of concentrated mental power in man).

Thus one (1) Lema Pubarang, abbreviated "lemapu", represents 100 kilograms. Imagine this, a concentrated particle of the internal power source to a target, can only mean a sure and hopeless doom for the attacker."

Thus said the teaching of "Vishnuh":

"All the transformations and influences of the global energy (spirit, matter and mind) come from nature itself and all the metamorphosis into the "Silat", and all diversities regarding the comprehensive energy (spirit) is associated with the body and will continue to maintain this."

This means in concrete terms, that whoever controlled "Silat" (= spiritual application) controlled automatically is capable of during combat, to disarm the opponent from a distance without touching it. This is possible because energy (spirit) can move in any material and immaterial body. The human mind has the ability to interfere everywhere, but this can be very useful in practice as regards the preservation of life and lifeblood.

... One of the many possibilities that one in combat, the human energy (spirit) can assume the immateriality of the wind where the body remains visible. Thus the mind, in the wind-form, combining the power of nature for an invisible but palpable hit. This means pooling of spiritual energy that can be focused on the identified target.

... This ability can be realized, because the mind (energy) is in contact with the various modes of the nature. In addition, the body can also move in the material (silat) and the immaterial energy (Kebatinan) when the practitioner wishes as well. This is possible because energy (spirit) is exactly similar as radio waves through water, mud, fire etc. penetrates, but mingled with nothing so it is with the human spirit, even if it is in all sorts of guises.

It is impossible to in order to discern the manner in which the human power (the spirit) itself comes into contact with the body and how it goes out. The subtlety of this consists of energy (spirit) and some psychological factors and life symptoms result from the interaction between these abstract logical givens."

The Kebatinan Doctrine is sure intended to let it soak the inner strength to the body (the Silat), and a practitioner will already notice soon that let it soak the inner power of the material things (all kinds of bodies, etc.) is a serious affair. It is therefore highly advisable to always, for the practice of Kebatinan, purify the mind of all unjust and evil influences. It is therefore of vital importance, in the course of the Kebatinan, to focus the spiritual energy in themselves, so that primal force conserved in humans, is not lost.

The doctrine of "Vishnuh" says:

"The internal power source in humans can only be fueled by performing the actions and not forsake the prescribed spiritual rite. Regular practice makes perfect. By chanting (repeat) of mental acts and frequent execution of the corresponding rite, which are summarized in the meditation program (Silat Teaching). Thus the primal power (-the kebatinan-) activated in man, the power of nature, the irrepressible energy of the ever-blazing sun, which is always ready for immediate use."

... Every living being has a power in itself whose knowledge, as well as the generation and use thereof, shall be made in a manner prescribed by Vishnuh. And who in due course after long practice, the power that each one contains controls in itself, will be mentally able to see the abstract and the natural elements that are beyond thought. And who, after a thorough and detailed preparation, is able to see the condition of mind in cooperation with the material elements, is eligible to teach dimensional art of Kebatinan, in particular, the dimension Picasa.

Everyone is provided with an individual inner power source which requires a special way for the generation, control and handling thereof, and which is able to apply without any restriction at any time. The control of these internal power requires more knowledge than us what is generally known.

... Material knowledge c.q. academic science is here in the teaching Kebatinan insufficient, because this material knowledge is not sufficient for spiritual training. Under knowledge means the Vishnuh-Society, that one knows what spirit and what is matter. Artificial knowledge, which they will obtain through education, is traceable to matter and not accepted as knowledge in Kebatinan Doctrine. It is of utmost importance to know the difference between matter and spirit, and to fully understand. This is because matter has no consciousness like the spirit, and mind and spirit can not be obtained by combining the material in a prescribed manner.

The doctrine of Kebatinan is the culmination of all instruction in the Pencak-Silat: "The secret of all secrets." It is the purest knowledge by giving self-realization insight into the mind and inner power. In addition, the practitioner needs to understand, that the spiritual energy (Kebatinan) may only be used to protect the weak and the oppressed in society and not for personal aggression. The knowledge is the basis of self-protection and is intended solely for self-defense.

Originally Kebatinan was thus a way to protect themselves, and former popular leaders had to understand that if they wanted to be in a state of readiness to govern their citizens and to protect against evil kind folks who at the time of the Indian archipelago led a nomadic existence.

Breath is so common that it is almost not heard or seen. In the pencak-silat is very clear that the difference between life and death is breathing. How do you breathe says a lot about your lifestyle. By focusing your attention on your breath, you can experience what you are tirelessly working to manipulate the flow of life and to control...

... One should loose, free to relax and breathe deeply so that life becomes more susceptible to mind and body. Central is the development of mindfulness, alertness and attentiveness. So one learns to look without immediately moving on to bias, condemn, judge, analyze or reflect. By breathing teaching one is in a position to push boundaries, and, moreover, discoveries are made in our own hidden powers which self-awareness increases. The consequence of it is that people will feel freer to go out and get along with fellow neighbor.

The breathing teaching comprises, in addition to the usual respiratory principles therefore also the corresponding breathing techniques that are used in the Pencak-Silat and applied. This also applies as the basis for the spiritual development of the practitioner. With the help of breathing techniques, breathing is controlled and one must first practice the exercises with various sitting and lying positions like the "Duduk Lamunan".

Which method of these breathing techniques is the best in order to obtain a controlled and controllable respiration, and which is the essential aim of this?

Respiratory principle is:

- Inhalation - chest abdominal breathing,

- Exhaling - abdominal chest breathing.

In this way, the muscles from the inside to be made warm. In the Pencak-Silat this method of warming up is taught, handled and used, because it is quite logical that one has no time to warm up physically in a real fight, because it certainly makes no sense to the critical moment to talk to the attacker on his weight or anything, it is a matter between persons irrespective of the physical conditions of these...

... Ideally, of course, if one can bring the enemy, opponent or attacker to peaceful thoughts; but in the life practice, which focuses on observable reality, an unpleasant confrontation is unfortunately seldom well.

Thus said the teaching of Vishnuh:

"People have often utopian and different delusions which they consciously (with premeditation) -so often unconsciously or in a fit of madness deliberately forget the utter reality."

The breathing exercises according to the prescribed guidelines of the Vishnuh-Society are similar as a stairwell where a practitioner can climb to the highest rung in the sphere of spiritual self-realization. When this spiritual realization is reached in which mind and body into unity merge into one, only then one will be inseparably linked to the rest of his life with nature and are under constant influence of its natural power as an "indestructible body.

In the beginning, one should get into meditation according to the tenets of this doctrine and practice in various sitting and lying positions. All such activities lead to achieving perfect mental equilibrium in order to keep control of the phrases such as illness, anger and aggression. This means that the mind must be so trained that mind and body form a unity in the long run.

Thus said the teaching of Vishnuh:

"Not the body has to control the mind, but the mind body, because who knows how to overcome his mind and control has on his mind a good friend, but if it fails, it is precisely the spirit his worst enemy. Who does not know how to control his mind is always accompanied by his greatest adversary and will always hinder his goal and constantly penalize themselves...

... After all, who in a real battle keeps his cool is undoubtedly already the victor, but those that can not will tend to act rashly and panic which he will lose the fight. As long as our turbulent spirit remains the undefeated enemy, we used to obey the orders of anger, disappointment, depression, and both mental and physical symptoms...

... Each one can consciously and responsibly themselves acquire the total control of their own mind. So Kebatinan has nothing to do with miracles. Who wants to reach this stage of spiritual purpose must first understand themselves. Someone whose mind still leaves touched by tangible things can not practice meditation, because who is easily upset, generally will quickly give up...

... Therefore, the mind must first be restrained and calmed down before one can begin to Kabatinan. For the man who is up to his being able at this stage of mental stability, happiness and luck, peace and sorrow, heat and cold, honor and dishonor, by his or her experience as one and the same. Body and mind should be fixed in the preparation by regulating eating and sleeping."

In Pencak-Silat one normally trained to bring out the mental stability from the inside using the Kamavasayittha-Siddhi and Anima-Siddhi. The Kamavasayittha-Siddhi terms of teaching, ability and application mode of the Kebatinan by one's own mind. This is anything but an easy task, because the mind must be so trained that mind and body functions as a whole. To achieve these being state must, in combination with the above-mentioned learning system use can be made of the eight-fold Picasa Asanga system.

Picasa Asanga is a Sanskrit word meaning metaphor attitudes, these are metaphors, which are based on physical equation and are metaphorically to the physical expression art. The Asanga learning system is easy to learn, if the practitioner is also fully committed. Concretely, Picasa Asanga methods so based on ancient prescribed attitudes and actions that do get the practitioner into a trance and lead. This activity is also accompanied by the chanting of the secret spells (the fight mantras.) These are ancient words in Kawi, formerly mumbled by warriors during the silat and at the beginning of the fight.

What is MANTRA?

Under "MANTRA" means the doctrine of "Vishnuh":

... "The view of inner conviction based poem. Mantras are often repeated many times according to transcendental way in the course in order to evoke the intrinsic power using the established learning the "Kebatinan doctrine" and its concentration process "Breathing Doctrine".

The term mantra is of Indian descent and was developed under the influence of ancient indigenous peoples, who believed that if each time with great conviction the urgent need (eg. "Rain") is called, it became reality. If the outcome of such a rite accidentally stumbled succession or prophesied the mantra was considered a powerful "spell". Therefore the people as a logical consequence had no reason to dubiousness about the spell (mantra). As adopted in the history Mantras by stakeholders (tribes and nations) and defines it as a regular part of their ancestral history.

It's actually not surprising that one formerly attached great importance to the traditional "magic words", as this and other ritual obligations belonged to the normal things in a village community. As found ancient Mantra's ("Magic Songs of Spells") its inception, which at this time everywhere in the world as a fad by one or another newly invented imitation teaching. The word mantra is derived from two Sanskrit words; "Mana" - spirit, and "Traya", that means -liberation.

The explanation of these two words contain the spiritual sound vibration that aims to liberate the living being to cleanse the mind of all the bad luck, discomfort and evil inclinations. This spiritual sound vibrations can be triggered by the "Chanting" of encouraging poems, or singing or using a homemade prayer speech, which as it did in earlier times to be invented on the spot, and each Mantra hence its perspective. Repeating succession of prayer, song or poem is called "Chanting".

Today leads many examples of such forms of prayer in everyday life by, thinking of the "motto and prayer singing" of the Hare Krishna movement etc.

In the Pencak-Silat the method of chanting is used exclusively by the Vishnuh-Society for the promotion of general physical and mental wellbeing. This system, so the chanting of Mantras, coupled with the "Breathing Doctrine ', in particular the Picasa Asanga, the Kamavasayittha-Siddhi and Anima-Siddhi are in pencak-silat recommended for the management of the peace of mind and the senses and progressing towards the spiritual self-realization.

In this, one exerts to breathe against the respiration to be neutralized in both air flows, and are brought into balance. This breathing technique claimed many able to extend their life by many years until a very old age with reserves of vitality and strength. This is not witchcraft, but pure inner self, purely and simply by using the "Wecucal ambekan (breathing doctrine)."

Breathing can act as a powerful tool to discover more about yourself and your hidden potential and learn to discover your own potential, and this allows you to judge independent of their own and others, allowing you to develop more freedom. Furthermore, you will learn your breathing to support the activity. This allows you to move progressively more flexible and smoother. The purpose of this teaching is different:

a. - increase the flexibility of your body,
b. - Relieve symptoms arising from tensions and eventually increase your body awareness.

Then practitioners learn to use basic meditation and relaxation techniques for various purposes, such as for fundamental acceptance of themselves and strengthening self-confidence.

Confidence is obtained to distinguish two practices:

1 - by pertinently to be oriented towards the desired objectives;

2 - to reduce unnecessary braking dependencies.

By the aforementioned practices creates energy with which a deep mental and physical relaxation, treatment of stress symptoms and spiritual growth can be promoted. This one also learns to adhere less and less carried away by thoughts and emotions. You learn to deal with and accepting both difficult and enjoyable experiences in life. More understanding and inner freedom are the result.

The breathing exercises are physical and mental impact. The correct breathing is important for the blood circulation of the entire body. Disruptions in breathing, cause many symptoms, such as hyperventilation, heart palpitations etc. When we are agitated or nervous, we notice that right on the breathing, because it is faster and more superficial, here they usually can not cope with it. Many go through life without a shred of awareness of how their body actually works...

... That is not necessary if everything goes as planned. Things are different if, after some time physical symptoms occur, which may vary from recurring headaches, stiff shoulders and low back pain to a general feeling of "not rest" or overwrought, this is one of many symptoms showing that they suffer from stress. In addition to learning eliminate stress, you will learn to give way to emotions, this is something that people often had to unlearn in life, which one rather discouraged than encouraged.

The essence of "Slat" speaks from the acts of the mind. In other words, "Silat Doctrine" should be taught and used in accordance with the scriptural evidence of the Vishnuh-Society. Thus, one should meditate three times daily. This process is dependent on the degree of perfection of the personal knowledge of the mind; hence apart from the certain physical point of view, not only in theory but also in practice...

... This means for the practitioner; "Not only look but try and do it yourself." Furthermore, one must have sufficient tolerance fostered regarding ups and downs, heat and cold and so on. One should eliminate the sense objects by being punctual to devote the breathing process. The breathing process contributes to that one is free from all kinds of fear and anger and therefore his mental state is aware of the presence of one's own mind...

In order to concentrate the mind, one must separate themselves constantly off and stop being disturbed by external causes. One should very carefully accept the beneficial effects with regard to its self-realization and rigorously reject the negative influences. Furthermore, one should be perfectly determined not to crave unnecessary material things that arouse a sense of possessiveness in which one becomes more mentally deeply entangled...

... The practitioner needs to gradually, step by step, with full conviction and using common sense to get through in a trance in which the mind is focused only on himself. This is no easy task, because the spirit is strong and often the intellect the boss, even though the mind, considered inferior to the wit...

For someone who has to fight every day a lot of annoying elements it is certainly very difficult to control the mind. One can indeed maintain an artificial mental equilibrium relative to friend and foe, but in the end determination can make the difference by much exercise, fasting and sacrifice. Complainants are therefore always unwelcome in this doctrine.

There are several sacrifice procedures; depending on the setting of those who sacrifice. Sacrifices can be grouped into two main classifications;

- Firstly, the sacrifice of material possessions; these offerings may consist of sacrifice (give away, donate) of assets to various forms of commercial gain and to make donations with ulterior motives. .. These greedy people do in order to be personal gain and to obtain more materialism and personal satisfaction.

- Secondly ; and sacrifices in order to attain transcendental knowledge; for example, by directing prayers to a calibrated "fantasy or concept of God" and "exaggeration of duty, which dutifully should be brought in accordance with scriptural injunctions, without one for expecting reward.

... Generally, people often give something with certain intentions; think for example, of rituals in temples and churches, which are mainly done in order to progress in materialism. But one needs to do a "dana" (donation of kindness) without these thoughts. One should sacrifice (give away) a donation only if from the deepest inner self and is done without ulterior motives, otherwise this event is of no value...

... One should consider a donation as a thanksgiving and as a matter of course, but not as some imposed duty or material transaction. And if one wants to get ahead in life to an atmosphere of increased mental activity, then one should do so voluntarily undergo various trials, as penance vows certain period within twelve full moons.

The doctrine of "Vishnuh" says the following:

"Anyone who commits serious abstentions and observe with great devotion, or themselves at will deprive from worldly pleasures as a sign of mourning or otherwise (such penances with evil intentions) that are not in the doctrine recommended and so out of pride and self-assertion and driven by lust and greed, can be regarded as evil creatures, for his peace of mind is identical to the evil elements of the own mind, these are "arrogance, pride, arrogance, unscrupulousness. These are the characteristic features of those that are malignant in nature...

... Evil people are those who can create nothing but bad intentions and evil acts because of an internal struggle. These are those who always occur overly religious and supposedly spiritually advanced, but they keep, in all this, not the rules, but they do expect others strictly observe the precepts devised and imposed by them. Evil people are vain, proud and think they have a certain degree of development or wealth...

... Usually want these people, that they are worshiped by others and prefers to slimy. They desire to bandied respect from others, but if the other does not admit it, they enforce it if necessary respect by using unbridled violence. Here they rely repeatedly on their inviolability according to Divine standards and therefore afford no kind of respect for their fellow man ...

... Numbness for respect is one of the characteristics of malicious people, this is because of that side never tried to understand the essential notion of "respect". Who does not respect themselves will not also respect the other, because they do not understand the concept of respect. This apathy (unshakable insensitivity) caused by the madness in their religious bigotry that their forbid them to sustain such an effort because they are part of the elect thus are heavenly exalted by some made-holy spirit or a deity or a religion or sect...

... After all, exalted persons may indeed do anything at will, they are in fact fully supported by God, according to their faith. Evil people are also constantly angry about trifles, they speak in a sarcastic tone, they are doing their own thing and acknowledge only that which seems good in their eyes...

... Thus the words, "thank God," "God bless you", "God's gift from heaven", "the Lord are praised," Allahu Akbar "and other biblical and religion-related expletives, are the calibrated slogans of evil people...

... History has proven that malice can do, and it does not matter whether the calibrated malicious people are now parents, relatives or friends, because the poison, which can transform them into monsters is still present in them. Even though it seems to want to take on the impossible good form for a good relationship, yet never forget in your life, and in all things, to determine your own limits to retain your self...

... This kind of predators in human form tend to be unscrupulous, they trample human values; they are also ungrateful and create, encouraged by pride and vanity, their own laws and rules, they break them just as hard when they are inconvenient personally. Driven by power madness they feel compelled to call and creating destructive killing machines so living beings in general (especially peers) to eliminate, exploit or suppress.

... And deluded by wealth and arrogance, they are always in the front of their prescribed places of worship and sometimes make sacrifices in order to make a good impression without even maintain a rule or provision, and they usually never heeding scripture nor authorities. They are insolent, and when they have committed a mistake, they quickly make a confession sacrifice knowing that thereby their crime, according to the pleadings is forgiven in Jesus' name or on behalf of God or in the name of any existing or made-holy prophet...

... They usually think that sense gratification is the ultimate goal in life to their death, but the plans they forge are ultimately never achieved; these soon disappear from the shelves to make room for another senseless plan. On their deathbed, they still dare to express their hearts desire to be alive much longer, because their materialistic objective is not yet complete...

... And usually, to many social reasons, a positive improvement with evil people is just illusion, because evil people by their deformed mindset once were themselves victims of their evil supporters. This trauma during their youth, has made that they do not know better giving them time after time to repeat, echoing their old folks ...

... Unfortunately it was their old folks in their time also victims of repression, after all, they were forced into obedience by the ruling religious class at that time; it was "must" or "die." ... This is the poison intended by me that have brought by evil people using their interpretation of democracy with their fanciful Holy Scripture as a guide, whether or not of a cruel nature, in the minds of their fellow citizens.

Thus said the teaching of Vishnuh:

"The danger is everywhere and always on the prowl, but do not allow to personalize by the danger. And who wants to keep himself never gives up, and does not surrender to the mercy of systematic domination by the evil humanity."

The living being has incarnated militancy, which often manifests as suddenly confronted with a disturbing diagnosis or life-threatening situation, then life is usually hard against it here. Almost everyone has some kind of survival instinct, a power, a fighting spirit. And to blossom into a brand new development in the current humanity, it is important to look back to the origins of life.

In addition, should always people in life are open to all forms of negativity. It is often the desire of the living entity to always be focused on themselves just to feel good and to succeed in life, but difficulties are always relegated as much as possible. Unfortunately, life is not so, for how one turns at it, everyone is obliged to welcome the totality of life, so negativity just part of life. Those who are not open to it, running itself into the maelstrom of life, and who is nevertheless wholeheartedly positive towards life, will live to the fullest.

In general, the living entity to be pleased with all that keeps life alive. The bad feelings that arise must be carefully nurtured in life. This is especially the case with the negativity in life, but this negativity prevents, that in life one revels in it, but that one does not drown in it.

This all has to do with the contradiction of our heart, which is extremely sensitive on one side which emotions can sometimes seem unbearable, but on the other hand, is the physical heart here to cope. Because the heart is the strongest muscle that the living entity owns, where resides the primal force of nature, which, together with the overall strength in the living body form a unit for the optimal functioning of life...

It's indescribable what force could have a man in it; This is the inner strength, the Kebatinan, i.e. the natural primeval force from which everything, like life, has created in all its splendor.

The doctrine of "Vishnuh" says:

... "It's just the duty of those who seek the spiritual outcome of life, first of all to tame the greed and anger. When one is aware of it, that Nature and the spirit is the source of everything, and when he acts from this science, then he is acting for the benefit of everyone. "
